1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients can request a cancellation of services before the commencement of the project or service delivery.
- If a project is already in progress, cancellation requests may be subject to approval based on the work completed.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled anytime, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under specific conditions:
- If DigigrowTech fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, a full or partial refund may be provided.
- If a client cancels a service before any work has begun, they are eligible for a full refund.
- For partially completed projects, a prorated refund may be issued, depending on the work completed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
- Delays caused due to client-side inaction or miscommunication.
- Customized software, digital products, or consulting services that require significant resource allocation.
- Subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
